Default My Lunch

I had lunch with my parents last week (I forgot the name of the place!). Apparently I had my camera with me so I tried a few shots. This is my first time to take some food photos (I am a cityscape/landscape dude hehe), so I wasn't expecting to produce great shots. I just want to share some of the pictures with you guys. Thanks for viewing! Comments are welcome!

This was what my parents ordered..

My lunch, steak and shrimps, yummy..

While waiting for our food, this is what they gave us.. a bowl of nuts!!! haha

The crooked forks..

Nice set paulq, everything is perfect, the light, the composition, the textures, you can almost taste the food the pictures are so good, and I trust you all did enjoy your meal.

I do however have a question, didn't anythone think it was out of the ordinary to take pictures of your dinner ?
and what did mum and dad say when you said, hang on, just before you eat that, I need to take its picture

Well done buddy, nice job

Beach, you are absolutely right!!! It was kinda embarrassing to take photos of the food!! Some people were actually looking at me. But I didn't care haha. Just thought I might never have another chance to have a camera with me during dinner hehe. My parents were very impatient that time!! They were slightly irritated that I had to delay their meal. But all was worth it, at least for me hehe. Thank you!

Yes, very uncomfortable shooting the food you ordered in front of a lot of people. The prawns were awesome. Thank you!

Thank you Hayward for your compliment. How I wish I can have more opportunities to shoot food and beverage. Thanks!
