Default After the Rain

I've been reading this site and my owner's manual for my camera. . . practicing some close up shots and trying to add DOF to my shots. . . so here is a sample of what I took yesterday after the rain stopped. Hope you enjoy them. I am learning so much from this site, thanks to everyone for sharing.

Hi Jadara, Reading your manual? Ah, yes. Just before I joined the DPS I finally realized it would be necessary to read, learn and absorb "all that technical stuff". Your introduction brought that moment of realization back. Daunting but fun, huh? Your results are proof of how much you are learning. These shots are just terrific! The clarity of the drops of rain in the first shot is great as is the bokeh in your flower shots. By all means, go have some more fun and brings us back what you got!

Good set Jadara, I like them all but particularly the first one. This has nice angles, colours and extra interest with the water droplets

Vaery nice set Jadar, I love the third one the most. Nice going. Manual? LOL, I have one of those. I realized a long time ago that it was easier to read it than to just try to figure it out. Nice going...

That 2nd shot is beautiful and well composed. I still pull out my manual from time to time and refresh a few things......if you don't use certain features....you lose them

Thanks for the compliment. The second one is my favorite. I'm about 1/2 way through the manual. I read a little and go shoot what I've just learned.
