Ummm, the only good cockroach is a dead cockroach? Very detailed shot, but I'll skip on the creepy crawly macros

Excellent detail, my only suggestion is to clone out the few black specs around the outside of it.

A couple of questions....
Do you have any more of other insects?
What lens did you use and what settings?

This is an interesting exemplar. Unfortunately one of its antenas has been removed before the shot (purposely or by accident?) and the thing is bleeding (or whatever bugs do instead).
The bug is laying down directly on a white support and it projects hard shadows which make the overall picture less clear, less crowded and easier to digest. I would suggest you build a small thin support (a needle, for example) and get two additional soft lights from the sides (head and tail). All best...
