I accompanied bradzo66 and mechanic1300 on their Blue Mountains adventure, and we had a great time on that "20 minute" hike.
Here are some of the shots I took on the day: The Sunrise: ![]() Some mad tree leaning over the cliff's edge: ![]() And some water, off course: ![]() ![]() I left the shutter open for a tad too long on that waterfall, but I'll be more careful next time! Thanks for looking. |

Hey Bloke , Man these turned out cool , love the waterfall shot , you really got some smooth effect there and alhough you say it was overcooked my eye is tuned for HDR at the moment and I like the effect of the slightly overexposed water as with the tree . The flowing water shot may well be my favorite though , not bad for three newbies on a"20 minute hike " hey !! LOL . Nice work mate , take care talk soon .

See you don't have to be jealous. These turned out great. I'm already looking for a new location for a 20 minute "flat" hike

Great blurring on the water, I really like the waterfall actually as the amount of blur makes it look kind of ghostly/misty.

Great shots, I like them all, but #1 and the waterfall are my favorites. I love the foggy look to the water, but I agree, perhaps you left the shutter open just a touch too long and over exposed water just a bit, but I still like the effect.
Thanks for Sharing these Chewys Dad.

All nice shots. I particularly like the second shot with the tree over the cliff. I would like to see what it looks like in b/w high contrast.
