Default Tha Cat and the squirrel Oh yeah and the....

I had put this sprinkler head in between the ferns to try and stop this cursed cat from catching the birds at the feeders right above. He moved it around and it fit quite well for him anyway. So anyhow I know the sprinkler somewhat ruins the shots, they wouldn't have been there without it. (As it turns out, the cat and I are now buddies so i feed him most everyday!, he is quite the hunter- damn cat)

Ah hah- the hunt is on!

Really good animal candids. I bet that cat is smart enough not to tangle with the squirrel.

Thanks everyone! My buddy the cat I think was left behind when a neighbor moved on, so he is pretty much on his own. You have to feel for him even though he catches his fair share of my bird buddies, the squirells absolutely torment him, after this sequence, the squirell that is messing with him actually ran behind the cat, jumping on his tail on the way by, scared the you know what out of the cat. Thanks again

Great Shots; Cats are so independant! I'm suprised that he didn't go after the Squirrel.
We used to have one that would drag in rabbits almost as big as he was, take them in the bathroom and kill them, leaving a mess. in the Spring time, when the baby rabbits were born, it was a daily battle saving the babbies, he'd drag them in and we'd take them back out and release them across the street. Darned Cat!
Thanks for Sharing this
