Wow, more from Alaska. This place is really on the map here at the moment and no compaints here. These are great Sheldon. Looks like you had a great trip. I love the second and last ones but all of them are super shots. Thanks for sharing them with us Sheldon.
Jake.

Stunning is a great word to describe them Sheldon. I love the whales... great shots all... Do you mind if I post a few more Alaska shots on your thread? Maybe we can get something going here.

Feel free to - I actually asked if I could do that in the General Chit Chat section as I was going to post mine in yours & I didn't want to break any rules but I didn't get a response. It really is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited but regrettably I hadn't developed my interest in photography at the time so missed a once in a life time opportunity . I've actually done a bit of post processing on some of these shots but only pretty basic stuff which has enhanced them considerably in my opinion - post away!

Great captures of a stunning place! Seeing those whales all in a line must have been a spectacular sight.

Yes I certainly do. It's a real shame that I haven't seen any images of the whales that really do justice to how awesome these creatures are. Our whale watching trip was one of the highlights of our holiday and it just flew by |
