Here are a few shots from my workplace, Texas Tech University. The university is located in Lubbock, Texas.
Oleander is in full bloom on campus. One of the two administration building bell towers is in the background. ![]() Not sure of this plants name, but one of the bell towers again provides the backdrop. ![]() English/Philosophy Building ![]() One of the many pieces of public art on campus. This piece consists of multiple books making up the figure. Again, one of the bell towers from the administration building provides the background.

Very nicely done... Love how you got the bell tower in the first one sort of framed with the oleanders in focus... great stuff.

Love these. all very well done. Including the bell tower in the background was a stroke of genius.

Thanks for all the compliments. The campus is very picturesque. They have done a wonderful job with the landscaping over the last ten years or so (I've been here for the last seven).
At one time, back in the late 70's or early 80's, Sports Ilustrated had it listed as one of the ugliest campuses in America. It has changed a lot since then.
