Default Tiny Paris

Messing with some fake tilt shift stuff on a picture I took in Paris a few years ago.

My friend did some tilt shift on some shots of people the other day, and another friend looked at them and thought they were of toy people. I had to explain the effect to him

Nice picture... it's fascinating how the tilt makes you think it's miniature.

It really is! I wish I had a real tilt shift lens and the time to go out and shoot pictures that would really look miniature.

I love this effect. Is there any way to this just with PP software or is it just something that has to be done with a tilt shift lens?
If you can do it with PP software, will GIMP do it?

That looks really frickin awesome, and want to try it out.
