Default National Cemetery photos

So on mothers day I went to the VA National Cemetery here in South Florida.

It was not what I was expecting. It was right next to the busy road, so you had a constant noise of traffic. That for one threw off the peacefullness a place like that, to me, is expected to have.
Secondly, there was construction in the distance, a new building, sand piles, it again, threw off the beauty a place like that to me again, is suppose to have.

But I did the best with what I could, and most likely could of done better, but here are a few. Feedback is welcome!

These photos were taken with d90, as for individual photo exif's, I'm not too sure anymore.
First, sorry for the watermarks!

Things I know I could improve on in this photo is the rules of thirds, also I don't like how I missed some of the flowers in the picture, and I hate how the shadow casts over the headstone.

Again, should of followed the rules of third on this one.

I actually like the shadow on the headstone. It doesn't bother me. I like the angle as well. These are nice shots.
