1 - "Let's not clear him for landing and keep him in the pattern until he runs out of fuel" (more of a caption than a title)
2 - takeoffs should be aligned at 170°, but some runways can be used both ways - and IIRC, 360° is magnetic north. So SSE or NNW? According to your EXIF data, it was taken a little after 2000 hours, and the light is on the left of the frame, so I'm going to guess NNW. (and that's a huge guess - I don't have any formal flight training)

I love that the one in the middle is looking towards the empty light while the first is looking the opposite direction.
