Default East Coast vs West coast

We went to Florida for a wedding on the East coast then drove to the west coast for a week here is a sunrise on each coast

Stunning shots, especially the first. Coasts are good! East coasts for sunrises, west coasts for sunsets. I live in the countryside now, so I can get neither 'rise nor 'set over water.

hi Ty. If the first one is the east coast shot, which I am assuming it is, then the east coast shot wins. The cloud highlights in that shot are spectacular. TFS.

Wow, I can't get color like that on my dslr but I can with my point and shoot....go figure......what filter did you use if any?

Those are really cool shots! I'm a west coast girl myself, but I have to admit that the east coast one is my favorite.

That would have to be one of the best sunset shots I have seen - the first one that is.

Composition here is excellent and just love this setting and the sky - BRILLIANT !!!!

..i love the golden color of the sky and the composition of the silhouettes..i am voting for the East Coast for its clouds and silhouette umbrellas..tnx for sharing..

An explosion of orange and the silhouette in the first one makes it a winner for me. I love sunsets and these two are definitely worth viewing.
