Default Which noise reduction software?

Im running CS4 on 64-bit windows 7 and I'm looking for some noise-reduction plug-ins. Noiseware and Noise Ninja 2 seem to be the main players. Ive downloaded a trial for Noiseware but dont have anything to compare it to. How do both of these stack up to each other and is there any other noise reduction software I should be considering?
Im not doing really heavy editing so my main concern is ease of use.

And Nik Dfine, which is what I use. I like the ability to use the control points on it, plus it seems to work for me quite well.

another vote for Nik Define......i havent even gotten into using the manual control points....so far the automatic profile it runs has done really well even to save many shots of mine!
