Adding a face to a group photo - Help!

Could someone direct me to detailed instructions on how to add a person to a group photo in PSE7. I've only worked with very basic tools in PSE (clone stamp, cropping, rotating), so will also need instruction on how to open & display BOTH photo's that I need to work with at the start!!: I want to put Aaron (second from left) into Johns grandkids photo probably at the back somewhere. This isn't a real good candidate for adding a face.

First, they aren't dressed alike. Second it's at two different times of day with different lighting, the colors are just not going to come out right.

But in a nut shell, the way to do it is to get the proportions right by using the transform tool and shrinking the one to meet the proportions of the other. Then use layer masks to hide what you don't want to keep (black conceals, white reveals). Masks are better because they don't "destroy"pixels. Google "using masks in photoshop". I don't know if 7 has masks, if it doesn't the use the eraser (shudder) to do the same thing...destructively.
