Default need suggestions/help

I've tried to edit this but I'm not getting what I want. I really want the water droplets to show that make the semi-circle around my daughter. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any help!

I took a crack at it but didn't have much more success than you. I'm sure there's a way, but it's going to be really hard to do naturally because the water drops are so close (virtually identical) in tone to the background. Hope someone else can give you some concrete advice.

Thank you for trying. I didn't think there is much I would be do about the colors being so close. I'm still learning about PP and photoshop.

What your going to have to do is in several layers. By selective sharpening and then making sure the aeras around the water drops arent as sharp. You'll have to really zoom in and it will be time consuming but worth it
