Default how do you...

As I have said before all of this is new to me (photography and editing) I just want to know, for when I get better how do you put your name on your pics? Is it something in a editing program, if I buy photoshop elements will it be on there or what?
Thanks
Dawna

It's not something thats "in there", its something you do using the tools at your disposal. Strictly speaking, you can put your name on images using MSPaint

What you want to know is called "watermark" - it's a translucent text/image created in many different kinds of editing software. I make mine as overlays and as brushes for my Photoshop Elements.

If you google "how to make a watermark using (your program)" you will no doubt find a tutorial helping you create one for yourself!

Default Watermarks!

I created a brush in Photoshop using text for my watermark. I can change the size of the brush and color!
