Default Photos on Canvas

I am a co-owner of a company specializing in printing and stretching photos on canvas (Canvas Brothers ~ Photo to Canvas ~ Turning Memories Into Art). We love getting professional or skilled hobbyist images, but seem to receive more than our share of cell phone pictures and poor quality images. I would love some feedback into what higher level photographers are looking for in my type of company that we could do to try and woo some real quality images to work with. Thanks for any feedback.

decent prices, a willingness to take either photoshop files (or equivilent) or tiff files or at the very least a high quality jpeg, and being prepared to listen to what the photographer wants it to be printed like - aka be less like a chemist photo lab and more like a spe******t who will listen to customers and help achieve what they want the print to be like.
