Saving picture editing for future use

Hi all,

I have a WHOLE BUNCH of photos that I want to try to edit and get a similar style using Photoshop CS3. Playing around with curves usually gives me the look I want, but I wanted to know if there was a way to save the edits that I did and just apply them to all of the pictures.

I am pretty sure there is a way to do that, but I can't think of the term that would be used to accomplish that--even letting me know what it's CALLED would really help.

i think what you're refering to is called an "action." hope that helps, i really don't know how to make them or use them, sorry!

Thanks!! Just knowing that helps so much! I have a "photoshop for photographers" book, but its like 700 pgs, so I have to know what I am looking for if I am trying to figure out how to do something. Plus, there is always google!
