Question Adobe Raw Codecs/Plugins - for processing Raw in Photoshop CS

QUOTE=kpy;648842]Im not really into lots of digital processing and currently only have Photoshop CS (1) and Corel X something

I dont seem to have/it wont work/cant get it to load into PS CS

So might anyone please know where I may download a workable Adobe raw codec/software plugin thingy for PS CS (1 st edition) to allow working in raw in PS - ie one that will actually work with CS (1)???

Or might anyone have a copy that will actually work?

What doesn't work with your CS1? ACR or RAW.

40D requires CS3 + ACR 4.6. Otherwise CS4 + latest ACR.

Hi, ta,

uhmm, well my CS 1 doesnt seem to have any raw file option at all

& then when u upload the adobe raw codec/software option there still seems to be no raw file option available in my CS 1

seems same for 30D files also

though there seems to be this Adobe raw software on their website

- but from what u say it would be pointless to try uploading it for more recent camera models anyway

- a snr member said CS (1) has no Raw function - which makes total sense, & explains why there is still no raw file option appearing

Yeah, hoping to try get CS4 / lightroom before the end of the year
- but its costly stuff!!
