Default Eliminating blur when converting RAW to JPEG

I recently took some photos during my sisters wedding. In post production, I worked hard on the images and they looked great however when I converted to JPEG the images were not nearly as sharp. Looking for any advice on how to maintain the integrity of the post-production photo. Thanks!

It's the compression in the JPEG try to sharpen the JPEG in PS that should help.
