Angry cursor problem...help

I have no idea what i did in photoshop...when i go to use my brushes all i see is the cross hairs it doesn't show the real bush...how do i fix this???

First thing I would do is go to Edit, Preferences > Cursors... Is there a check mark in "Normal Brush Tip" and is "Other Cursors" set to "Standard" ?

How big is the brush youre using vs the size of your canvas? If the brush is too small or too big, it shows the "precise" crosshairs. You can also get these by pressing the CAPSLOCK button. Its VERY useful for the pentool, cropping and selections.
