Hi
My first post on the site... I've just got my first DSLR, so I'm fairly new to all this...but enjoying playing around with the camera! I'm thinking of some post Processing. I've tried Picassa but it seems limited. I note a few threads talk about GIMP as being OK for free, but I may be able to afford up to £100 for something decent. I'm pretty computer savvy, is Photoshop Elements 7 the one to go for? Thanks in advance PeterW |

Most editing programs will allow you to download a trial version before you buy. I always suggest trying it before you put out the money.
I have Elements, but I also own Photoshop CS3, so I rarely use it. It's a decent program that will offer you more control than Picasa at a relatively cheap price. If you do decide to buy it, look around for the best price. |
