Not about processing photos, but it is about photoshop!
I'm doing some work in photoshop for my boss and I'm having some trouble. I have a blue background with white text. The problem is that the text is showing up litght blue because of the background. The opacity is at 100%. How do I get the text to be pure white?

Is your screen mode set to "Normal?"

Or could it be that it looks light blue because your eyes are saturated by the blue background? This is why a lot of photo editors and graphics artists use a grey background.

No, it prints out that way, too!
It's like the white text is picking up some of the blue background color. Screen mode is on Standard

Try to change the screen mode to "Normal" and see if that fixes it.

Ah, I don't really know what the problem was, but I flattened everything I wanted in the background, saved then opened it again, and typing is bright white.
![]() Crazy software... Thanks, everyone!
