Where do I go or how do I find out how to use this program? Any help will be deeply appreciated.

On Youtube try the videos posted by 42technoman. He has about 50 videos produced using Elements 6 and several new ones using Elements 7
I found them very helpful.

A lot of tutorials for Photoshop also work in elements so don't just restrict yourself to Elements specific advice.
