Default Out Of Bounds How To?

So I saw some out of bounds pictures, and would love a how to on how it was done.

I don't know the processes or techniques, but I wanted to say thanks for sharing this. There are some very creative and unique images on there. I would be curious to know as well.

Wow, Its an outstanding effect and I will certainly be attempting to use it sometime, even if just for a little practice.
