Question Help me with screen shots

Could someone explain to me how to upload a tutorial that includes screen shots of the PS steps? I have seen this thousands of times as well as on this site but have always wondered how to include the screen shot.

There are a number of ways to do it but this is what I use.

Gadwin Print Screen

Just play around with it a little. It's pretty easy to figure out. It'll save as a jpg & you can add it to your post just like any other photo. If you need to add more than 4, you'll have to get a Moderator to help you. 4 photos per post is the maximum.

Are you asking how to take the screen shots or how to upload them?

Taking them depends on your system and uploading them is just like uploading a picture.

Mac come with Grab installed for more control but you can also use CMD+Shift+4.

On a PC you can use the Print Screen command and then paste the image from the clipboard. I'm sure there are other programs for PC for screen shots, but it has been a while since I switched.

Are you wanting to make your own PS tutorial and include screen shots of what you do along the way? Is that what you're asking?

In windows, ALT-Print Screen will capture only the window in focus instead of your whole desktop.
