Hi Guys and Gals,
Im in need of a exif data editor. I have photos where I need to change the time and date say foward 7 day 4 hours. I also what to change other info. But I need it to actually change the file info, apparently some store metadata info in a seperate file. I use Adobe bridge atm. Also when I import video from my nikon E8700 it doesnt bring in exif data or even accurate date info for that. Any ideas? Thanks Miranda |

i dont think you can edit exif data
![]() if you need to chane the date and time, you need to do it in your camera.

This one might help - http://www.photome.de/home.html
Either that or this one - http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/ PhotoME is a bit easier to use but doesn't seem to be able to do everything that exif tool can (I am not an expert but have had to do some copying of exif when I lost it at times playing around with various editors, etc). I'm curious why you would need to change the date as well

Hi guys,
Unless im wrong exif data is all the extra data the photo hold. My camera work is fine, time and date perfect. A few friends however arnt so lucky. I took photos on new years and so did a friend. Their time is 17/12/08 mine is 31/12/08. I wan to change theirs so the time and date is correct. I also want to change authors and add descriptions. I dont want to fiddle with the photo specs. Im using Bridge atm but it doesnt have an automated system for changing time. Thanks Miranda |
