Default Need help with reverse engineering.

Wondering what type of PP was used on these two photos.

Is this just a curve adjustment or something more? A modification of Lomo? It's been eating at me for some time now.

There's literally hundreds of ways something like that can be achieved. And it is definitely not done with a single adjustment. You could make fill layers with colors set to multiply, you could make several color balanced layers, a bunch of filtered colors, enhance different section of each photo separately, hue and saturation with curves, working with channels................

The best way to figure it out is to ask the artists. If they won't tell you, then I'd say you're stuck. The best way is to try everything you know how to do. You will most likely not figure it out, but you will come up with something different that will be custom to you. No need to carbon copy someone else's style right?

Theyre both versions of a digital cross processing, most likely layered with a bunch of other stuff. I say go with Japaslavian's suggestion: ask.
