Help my rainbow?

Hi,

I was able to capture this rainbow out the window of a plane, and while it's a cool image, I think there's probably more I can do to make it pop.

I've attached a jpg of the image roughly straight out of camera (processed with Aperture's raw tools, saved as jpg) and here's what I was able to do to it:

I'd love advice on how to make it pop more.

a simple levels adjustment and dodge tool, soft brush, range set to highlights and opacity at 6% and brush on the dark parts of the clouds

Do you have a RAW file to work from, or just this jpg? it's about 2-stops underexposed, and that's your biggest issue

I do have the raw (and a capture that is less under-exposed). The rainbow showed up very poorly in those (I've attached a jpg so you can see what I mean)

Rainbows are really low-contrast: boost the saturation about +50, boost the contrast a touch, up the clarity +25 or so... then see how that works.
