Default Sizing my photo to the proper canvas

So this is probrably a very easy thing to do but I just cant figure it out! I hace an 8x10 image I want to print but I want to print it on an 11x14 sheet. Does anyone know how to set that up in cs5? Any help would ne greatly appreciated. thank you all !

Click on Image; then, image size. A dialogue box will open. Proceed accordingly. Just keep in mind the ratio, otherwise, you'll get a distorted image.

Do you want an 11x14 sheet with a 8x10 image in the centre (and a white/black border), or do you want an 11x14 print from an 8x10 size image?

If the first: Open image in photoshop > image > canvas size > 11x14
If the second: Open image in photoshop > crop tool > in menu bar at top, set to 11 and 14 > crop
