I've tried the same thing in Photoshop, using multiple tutorials, and with some pictures the size and orientation look fine. In others where they've been cropped or the image size has changed, it's completely off. Had this happen with multiple batch processing tutorials I tried. However, if you happen to have LR, then it's automated process works Great.

So, being a geek at heart, I thought it'd be interesting to write a script to handle this. It works by resizing the watermark to 10% (by default, but it can be easily changed) of the longest edge, offset by 1% (again, changeable) of the longest edge, aligned to the lower right of the image. A few steps to make it work, since I can't attach a .JSX file:
1. Rename the attached "Watermark.txt" to "Watermark.jsx" (if a warning appears, just click OK) 2. Close Photoshop, and move "Watermark.jsx" to your Photoshop Presets/Scripts folder (should be located in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [your version]\Presets\Scripts) 3. Open Photoshop, and the script should appear in File > Scripts as "Watermark" 4. For bonus points, edit your Photoshop shortcuts and give it a handy shortcut. ![]() It works on the active document, so just have a photo open before running the script. I'd love to hear if it works for anybody, and if so, any gripes/suggestions. It was tested on CS5, so it's possible there are compatibility issues with older versions, but there shouldn't be. Cheers.
