Default Need some tips on first portfolio print - Model Photography

I think I'm ready to setup my first printed portfolio, just got no clue on how to get the right of pages, properly sizing the photos on the pages, or keeping landscape shots in one book and keeping portrait shots in another book, or keeping one photo per page or not (even thought I want to have the viewers to keep focus on one photo per page). Should I have different versions like with different styles and lighting, outdoors only shots port, studio only shots, studio low key lighting shots, studio high key lighting shots, and I know I need one version of model photography being extremely diverse with no repeating models or backgrounds, which I only shot 11 different models but shot them in many different wardrobe and backgrounds (studio and outdoors).

As you can see I'm pretty lost here but I think getting a printed portfolio could boast my chances in getting some legit business in my area. And what kind of portfolios would you create? Disposable portfolios thats like 3-5 page flyer to give out to people, or postcards, promotional products (like postcards, business cards, etc.)... Anything you got guys I'm willing to hear you out but I think I have a ton of good images ready to make a nice diverse port.

Really depends on what kind of demographic and client you're going for.

I would honestly prefer the commercial clients, but they're normally have a lot more competition and only work with "established" photographers that were doing photography since I was born... : So that market is extremely difficult at least right now with the limited established experience I have. I think going offering my portfolio services to actors/actresses and others like models, makeup artists, and hair stylists is the market I would like to try to get into, especially working with local businesses that are in need of advertising their own work and not stock photography work at their salons. I'm ready for that market right now I feel.
