Making a decorative border

Hey all... I am shooting an off road race in 2 weeks and I would like to make a border with the logos of different sponsors of the event on it. Does anyone know what program can be used to do this? I would like to give the participants a print. I would also like to know how to import the image of their vehicle and just drop it in to the border image (like when your kid see's the Easter bunny at the mall and there is a cute spring border around your print).

Photoshop. Make the top layer in a photoshop project with all of the logos laid out how you want, then drop the photo onto a layer below the logo layer. All the logos will become a reusable border over any shot, just swap out the shot on the bottom layer and save it off, again and again...

I would be weary of posting these on the web, logo's are copyrighted, and you'll open yourself to all kinds of issues..printing an image not so much of an issue.

Copyright and probably Trademark protected. Printing the images, especially if you sell them to participants can get you into just as much trouble, but there is less likelihood of getting caught than putting then online. Either, without approval of the owners of the logo/trademarks is wrong wrong wrong.
