Lightroom - publish image with frame

has anyone any tutorial on publishing an image from light room with a frame

Is there a way you can either

1) Design a custom frame template and then save it for multiple uses
2) import template frames from the web

and can you get / make a frame template with space for say 3 images, select the three images from light room and publish within that template?

Is there anyway to make a frame equivalent to a smart object in Photoshop. ie have a standard frame that you can then apply to multiple photos?

You could look at something like: LR/Mogrify 2 - Add Watermarks, Border and Text Annotions to Images Exported by Adobe Lightroom 2
