Default Need help with Adobe Lightroom 3

I have Adobe Lightroom 3 and for the longest time, I thought my camera sucked and the color was really washed out after viewing them on LR.

However, after importing about 40 .RAW today and watching the screen import the shots and then render 1:1 Previews, I notice that it was full of color and a really great shot, and then after each photo was rendered, it became bland and boring.

Why is it doing this and what can be done about it?

In the Develop module, the last pane at the bottom is Camera Calibration. What profile is being applied to your images?

Under lens correction, you can check off enable profile corrections. Also make sure you are exporting as sRGB

The lens correction is already off. It only happens after rendering the 1:1 previews.

Yes, sRGB. But exporting isn't the issue, it is right after importing. I can see the colors change when it is rendering the photos. The colors don't change when exporting, they are fine.

When you import RAW files into Lightroom, the initial preview is the embedded jpg with all of the in-camera adjustments applied. Once the 1:1 preview is rendered, it switches to the actual RAW image without any of those adjustments. There are presets that you can apply on import that emulate some of those adjustment. I'm not sure if any official presets exist for Fujifilm, but there are likely to be plenty around that you can download, you'll just have to find them.
