Were you shooting in RAW or jpeg? Which version of Photoshop do you have? It may be that your version of Photoshop doesn't recognize the RAW files your camera is putting you.

What version of PS do you have? Adobe just released LR 3.3, and ACR 6.3 for CS5 that adds support for the D7000.

I have been shooting in RAW for a few weeks with the D80 but this was my first D7000 shoot. Thanks.

You may have to upgrade to CS5, or convert your nef files to DNG.

Default Upgrade needed but...

I spent all day (7hours download) upgrading to CS5 only to find out it still needed a coverter (Camera Raw 6.5) to open my D7000 Raw files...only it still won't let me work on them!!! I am beyond frustrated. I can see but not touch my pics (took this one off my desk top) nothing is highlighted to click on...

Someone else must have done this what do I still need to do?

Thank you!
BJ

Camera RAW 6.5 is a part of CS5.

Default Camera Raw 6

I thought it was part of CS5 too but why then wouldn't it open without an upgrade... I did get it to open last night with the upgrade... classic turned off the computer, walked the dog, turn on the computer, it works. Very long day.

What "upgrade"? THere is no "upgrade" to CS5. There are ACR updates, which would have likely been necessary, but no UPGRADES
