Hi There! Does anyone know of where I can download a free Gimp Diffusion Filter plugin? Thanks for your tips!!

While I don't know exactly what plugin you mean, you can almost certainly find it here, if it exists: The Gimp Plugin Registry.

I must be confused on my terms... I'm looking for something that will allow me to create a diffused light effect. I saw an article online that shows me how to apply it, but not where I could get it. Thanks for the registry... I'll start there. Thank you!
