Can someone please help my to make this resultCombined Portraits in photoshop, if it helps I have adobe CS3. Even if you could point me in direction of a tutorial it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You'll need to set the camera up on a tripod, use a consistent lighting setup, and have some serious post processing patience.
Essentially, you take one picture of just the background (often a room). Then you take several pictures of the poses you want (in this case, one shot for each "band member"). Once in photoshop, you cut out and layer the "band members" in seperate layers, add some simple drop shadows to get a 3D effect and call it a day.
