Hi,

We are going to australian open 2010 tomorrow for Quarter Finals.

I am planning to take following gear
  • Sigma 10-20 f3.5
  • Canon EFS 55-250 IS

Do I need to take anything else except the obvious?
  • Water

  • Sun scream

Much appreciate the help

Well, we were there and had lots of fun. Its a different feeling when you watch tennis on TV and when you watch it in real life (Price of tickets to Australian Open 2010 $120 per ticket, Seeing the match and your favorite players in real life, PRICELESS)

I will be posting photos from the match soon.

Cheers

I was wondering whether photography is allowed at the Aus Open. Or did you get one of those photographer ground pass?

I would suggest a long fast telephoto lens so you can get some pictures of your favorite players. Like the 300 F2.8. I don't know what the conditions will be like, but that is what I would consider for a lot of sporting events.

Sigma 10-20 was the way to go forward.

Sime, what is the difference between ACT and LAW? Sorry, but I am really not able to understand the difference between them.

The act is what parliament does to create a law. (passing a bill)

See the words under this section. "The Commonwealth Parliament"

Thanks Richard,

Does this mean that it is not legally binding but is in the process of getting it legal?

The website that you pointed out didnot have that definition. I also checked their FAQ

Cheers
