cross eyed

i've been asked to do some formal shots of a busineessman and his partner for their website.

He has crossed/squit eyes.
how on earth do i approach this???

"do you want time to fix your eyes in photoshop"?
i dont want to offend him

or is there some magic carrot i can dangle in front of him to give an appearance of them pointing in the same direction.?

any thoughts most appreciated

I like to ask people if they have a favorite feature and if they have anything they are self conscious about or want corrected. Gives them a chance to bring it up, and I've had a few models tell me they are consistently annoyed because photographers keep cloning out a freckle/mole/birthmark/tattoo/piercing/whatever that they consider part of their look.
