First off, welcome to DPS. You will find great knowledge and helpful people here.
On the shot, I like the close up, though, the light hitting her arms is much brighter than her face, which takes my focus off her face where it should be. Try a reflector, a white piece of posterboard will work, and see how that looks. It would really help brighten the face and especially the eyes. Keep shooting.

Yea that was a window next to here. This was not a shot that I posed it just kind of happened that way. I think that I can take some of the glare out of her arm.

There was no flash used.
