Hi crisinmardel,

In the end, i think this image isn't getting a lot of feedback because of two reasons, there's very little wrong with it and there's very little (to me at least) exciting about it.

I know you're just getting started and it's hard to find good subjects (particularly humans) to take photos of, so i feel you. But I wanted to give a bit of feedback to hopefully encourage you (even if it sounds a bit harsh.. but hey, that's me).

Why use f/6.7? I would think that a wider aperture (ie smaller f/#) would have allowed you to blur the background a bit which to me is the first thing I noticed. The background is very busy and the subject, though he fills lots of the frame, is a bit lost in it all. To me, portraits work best (when they're not an environmental portrait) when the subject clearly stands out from the background either by good use of DoF or by putting them in a position where the background isn't distracting as it is here to me.

I've seen a million, "hey, I'm going to take your photo while you're casually looking out the window" photos. Yes, I've also taken them. But one of the best things I ever heard was "yeah, your photo and the billion others like it".. so how are you going to make yours stand out and be different from the rest.

Becareful when the subject is hit by direct light, there are some hotspots on his forehead nose and hands.. a bit less exposure would have helped (and maybe added a bit darker mood to the image).

Glad to see you were able to capture glasses without reflections and it seems nice and sharp in general.

Anyway, it's not a bad beginning, you just have to ramp up the individuality to make it interesting to the outsider. Keep posting!
