Wow! Can you share the particulars? Nice stuff. TFS.
Nikon D-300, Nikkor 50mm & 35mm f1.8, Nikkor 18-70mm, Nikkor 70-300mm VR, AF Nikkor 60mm 1:2.8, SB-800 Speedlight, Fong Lightsphere, Lally Cap, Polaris Flash Meter,(2) Nissin Di866 Speedlights
Thank you!
Those shots are quite easy. You need a CD and a flashgun (and some drops, of course!).
Position is the key: camera must be placed perfectly perpendicular, so everithing is in focus but the most inportant thing is rightly positioning flashgun; light MUST perfectly directed from the edge to the center hole, and very close. Few degrees or few millimeters heavly change the result. But when everyting is well placed, you'll see your sensor full of colours! Then, modifying flash power (ol slightly moving it) you'll obtain different colors.

Can't wait to try it out. I bet these shots would look great on metallic prints.
