Default Isa under siege
Taken from the local city lookout back in November last year as one of our spectacular outback lightning shows gives us a treat. This is not shopped, that is a real lightning bolt next to the lead smelter stack at night.

Thank you for the compliments. I was using a Nikon D7000 with the 18-55mm DX VR with a tripod. F22, 8sec exposure, ISO 100 and focal length was 18mm. Here is a more spectacular shot on the same night. Sorry about the fence post, but I was not the only one on the lookout with a camera, space was at a premium that night.
