I like the drama of the clouds and the birds are a good addition too. As for composition, I feel like you have shopped off the bottom of the building and I am left wondering what else there is to it. The building appears to lean away from the viewer, this is caused by the low, wide angle of the shot - can be fixed in photoshop.
I like the idea behind the shot but feel there should be more of the building there.

I ditto what Lisa said. Also, if you could keep the cloud drama, but lighten the building so there is more contrast and this might even make the cloud drama more emphatic.
