I like the blur/softness of the edges of the tree contrasting with the sharpness of the trunk and center. You're at f/3.8, the subject looks pretty far away, and the shingles on the roof and the wall behind the tree are sharp, so I'm curious how that happened. Does "10" for the exposure mean 1/10 or 10s? I suppose if there was a strong enough wind, that could be the cause. Or did you add blur in post?

I don't like the composition, though. The trees in the foreground on the left (with the weird light), the garage, and the houses in the background don't really add anything. The interesting things in the frame are the main tree, the trees further in the background, and maybe the wall. I don't know if it's physically possible to completely isolate these elements - maybe moving your position to the left, forward, and getting lower? The sky is also pretty interesting, but perhaps shooting closer to sunrise/sunset would get you more interesting colors.

So, I like the sharp/soft contrast in the tree, but the composition could be improved. Keep shooting!
