    Hello Rob, thanks for the message

    Let's just say I speak Colonial English.
    Can't argue with that and yes....thank goodness for the edit facility

    Thanks for having a look at my thread.
    Extremely interesting, Rob, I did enjoy it.

    A lofty goal, perhaps. But I'd like to think it's possible.

    A lofty goal indeed, but I'm up for it.
    If continue to think the same as we always thought, and do what we always did,
    we'll get what we always got, and thats not good enough.

    The colonials have the best of the arguement here and the words, meaning and intent are more important than those who would criticise the spelling.
    Take care Rob, I hope we speak again
    Regards Steve

    Let's just say I speak Colonial English. Not High English. In Canada arse is considered to be a publicly acceptable version of ass. That's not to say my spelling/grammer isn't crap. I just try to do my level best to make it look like I know what I'm doing. It's one of the little things I like about DPS. It gives you the opportunity to go back and edit your posts so you don't look like a complete Neanderthal.
    Thanks for having a look at my thread.Glad you liked it. It might be expensive but I look at this way: If I didn't spend the money on astronomy it would have gone to photography. But it was astronomy that got me to buy my first DSLR. "Which came first? The chicken or the egg?"
    A thought: It'd be nice to know that some of the images that we take could help someone to see our world/universe in a different light. To get them seek out answers to questions they never even knew they had.
    A lofty goal, perhaps. But I'd like to think it's possible.

    Well, that's gotta be the first time someone has said I was wise... usually there's another word attached to that... starts with 'a' and ends with 's'.

    Thanks for the message ressalg, and not wishing to be a wise arse, but wise arse actually ends in an 'e'
    Great thread link buddy, and what an interesting hobby, and expensive but thats one heck of a set-up

    Shakespere wrote;
    Horatio:
    O day and night, but this is wondrous strange!

    Hamlet:
    And therefore as a stranger give it welcome.
    There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,
    Than are dreamt of in your philosophy.

    The world and the universe is a pretty big place, and what did you type;
    what good is all this knowledge if you can't share it with others

    Your words were wise ressalg, its just your spelling that was crap

    cheers Steve
