Well you certainly have helped me out a lot just from what you have written for others! I am new to DPS and loving it. There is a wealth of knowledge here and I appreciate everyone that is willing to share it, what a gift.

PowerPix, Thanks! Some of the things I read here, I remember. Much of my advice is gained from experience or the experience of others. If I can help by passing along those things, it seems like a fair trade. That's what DPS is really, exchanging knowledge. You brightened my evening - thanks again!

Saw the ziplock indoor-outdoor thread - you can get almost any question answered! Hope you had a great time, good to see you back. Thanks for checking out Games & Challenges - it's a great break area, away from the technical. Words are fun to make images with, too! Thanks for your kind ones. jC

Hi jC! Just wanted to stop in and say hello to you! We're back! While on vacation, I had sent in a plea for help about a condensation problem I was having and while I was impatiently waiting for an answer I stopped over in the Games area for the first time. You are hilarious! I love your responses!! I enjoy both your wit and your warmth! Chat with you soon!

That's great news, because I was going to have to start at -0- to find an answer! So now I've learned the only real information I have about infrared, and I'll see more on your thread. That's how it works, ntinlizi. Have a nap, you earned one!

nice, i deffinately shoulda had a lil nap today, very stressful..... all is well now though, seeing as i figured out my infrared problems! i just played around with it for a bit. set in on manual mode, 30 sec,
f5.6, i think the one thing that was the big problem was lighting!!! my hubby got out the halogen lighting and i finally got some shots! they arnt the best but i was pretty proud : D .....posted them in my tread about my "infrared probelms". if you end up with any info on infrared ill still be thrilled to see it, need all the addvice i can get.
