My husband was eating his satsuma and I just had to take a picture. Please tell me what I did right and wrong! Also is this a micro?

Micro is what Nikon calls macro photography, yes? It's not the same level of magnification you can get with a true 1:1 macro lens, but I think it counts.
You've got focus/blurry issues which are probably due to a very long shutter speed. Your aperture was as wide as it could go, your ISO was probably set to auto, so by default it went to its highest setting @3200, and even then your shutter had to stay open for a pretty long interval, long enough that any unsteadiness with hand-holding caused blurring. I'm assuming IS was on, but it might not have been able to compensate enough for how long the shutter was open. You would want more light to get a faster shutter speed, or put your camera on a more stable platform. Improving your hand-holding technique may also help.
