This is a picture of a plant with sharp leaves. On the underside of it's leaves I found some sort of fungus or parasite which was making the plant sick. I chose to take a photo of this using macro to get up close. I am very fond of the end result, but I know that nothing is perfect so I have a few questions about the picture. Do you see anything that needs to be improved concerning composition, lighting, or pretty much anything else? Do you think this is a photo good enough to be a desktop photo? What would you suggest to make it more suitable to be a desktop photograph? The tips of the plants could be in better focus. You don't indicate your aperture size, but a smaller aperture (greater number) would have increased the depth of field. Also, background color is too similar to the plant color. I like the simplicity of the composition.
Thanks for sharing it. |

Thank you for your feedback, I'll definitely take it into consideration the next time I go out to take some pics.
