Default Does anyone else ever shoot with the flash in the frame?

I've been having fun with this lately.

I have one similar to your second one for a wedding shot I took, only the light is a bit softer. It was really just a happy mistake though.

For certain types of images this could be really effective. Definitely worth playing around with this idea.

My strobist buddies have lots of pictures where you can see where the strobe was located...sometimes several strobes. Doesn't seem to take anything away from the pictures, but that may be because they know what they're doing.

I love the first one--SUCH a fun feel to it! I like how it was dark enough that you really can't see the flash itself...just the light from it.

Neat effect. Someone on here had a shot with a strobe hidden in a book facing back at the reader for a similar result.
